Keep your Shopify store, hand us the back end
Your storefront stays exactly where it is. We connect to it so orders flow straight into fulfillment, stock stays in sync, and tracking is written back — no copying between tabs.
What the Shopify connection does
The parts that used to be manual, made automatic
A connection is only worth it if it moves the things that cause work when they fall out of step. Once your Shopify store is linked, these travel on their own.
Orders sync automatically
A paid order in your Shopify store lands in fulfillment without re-keying, so nothing waits on someone noticing it.
Inventory written back
Available stock is reflected in your store as it moves, so you are not selling units that have already left the shelf.
Tracking on the order
Carrier numbers and delivery updates are written back to the Shopify order, so you and your customer read the same status.
Fulfillment states in sync
Picked, packed and shipped states update on the order as they happen, rather than being reconstructed after the fact.
Sourcing behind the store
We can find and inspect the product itself, so the store you already run gains a supply chain without you rebuilding it.
Cross-border shipping
Orders ship to your customers across borders, with the origin kept off the customer-facing tracking page.

Getting connected
A short, guided step — not a migration project
Connecting a Shopify store is meant to take an afternoon, not a sprint. You authorise the link from your store, confirm which products and locations it covers, and place a test order to watch it flow end to end before you rely on it.
- You authorise the connection from your own Shopify admin — we never ask for your password.
- You choose which products and locations the link covers, so nothing syncs by surprise.
- A test order runs through picking, shipping and tracking before any real order does.
- If your setup needs something custom, we scope it with you first rather than after.
Before you connect your store
The questions Shopify sellers ask in almost every first conversation.
No. Your storefront, theme and checkout stay on Shopify exactly as they are. We connect to it so orders, inventory and tracking sync — the customer-facing store does not change.
Orders flow from your store into fulfillment, available stock is written back so you do not oversell, and picked, packed and shipped states plus carrier tracking are written back to each order as they happen.
Both. If you already have a supplier we fulfil what you send us; if you do not, we can find the factory, pull samples and inspect production, then ship — see the sourcing page for how that runs.
The customer-facing tracking is kept clean, so the origin is not the headline on the page your buyer opens. For exactly which routes and carriers apply to your destinations, reach us at [support email].
Connect the Shopify store you already sell on
Link it once and let orders, stock and tracking take care of themselves. If it does not fit how you work, nothing has been committed.
