Dropshipping fulfillment, run in-house
We operate the warehouse that picks, checks and ships your orders. No broker in the middle re-quoting you, no mystery about who touched the parcel or why a shipment slipped.

By the numbers
What the operation looks like in practice
Figures pending — the labels below are the metrics we intend to publish.
What we handle
Everything between the order and the doorstep
One team owns the whole chain, so nothing falls into the gap between a sourcing agent, a warehouse and a courier.
Pick and pack
Orders are picked against your SKU list and packed to the spec you approved, not to whatever is on the shelf that day.
Inbound quality check
Every batch is inspected when it reaches us — before it can be sold — and we photograph what we find.
Branded unboxing
Mailers, inserts, tape and thank-you cards can all carry your brand instead of ours. We ship blind by default.
Inventory sync
Stock levels flow back to your store, so a product goes unavailable in your shop rather than after checkout.
Returns handling
Returns come back to a local address, get inspected, and are restocked, repaired or written off on your instruction.
Exceptions, by a person
Held parcels, refused deliveries and damaged goods are worked by a named contact who already knows your account.
Why in-house matters
You can check what we tell you
Most dropshipping "warehouses" are a desk that forwards your order to someone else. When something goes wrong, the answer arrives second-hand and a week late. We run the building, so the answer comes from the person who can see the shelf.
- You can name the warehouse we ship from and visit it.
- Inspection photos are attached to the batch, not described in a chat message.
- Quotes break out product, packaging and freight as separate lines.
- Carrier and route for each shipment are visible to you, not just to us.

Where this sits between an agent and a generic 3PL
Both alternatives work for some sellers. This table is here so you can tell quickly whether we are the wrong fit.
| Typical sourcing agent | Us | Generic 3PL | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operates the warehouse | Subcontracted | ||
| Sources the product for you | You supply it | ||
| Per-batch inspection with photos | On request | Counts only | |
| Custom packaging and inserts | Varies | ||
| Export and compliance paperwork | Passed back to you | Your broker | |
| One named contact who knows your account | Ticket queue |
What we do not do
We do not run your ads, build your store or promise a product will sell. We will not quote a price we cannot hold, and we will not ship a batch that failed inspection just to keep a launch date. If a category needs a licence or a certificate we do not have, we say no rather than route it around the rule — that is the whole point of a compliance-first operation.
Who this is not for
If you need one parcel a month, a marketplace app will serve you better and cost less. If your model depends on shipping goods that cannot clear customs honestly, we are the wrong partner. And if you want the cheapest line on a spreadsheet regardless of what happens after checkout, there is always someone cheaper than us.

Fulfillment questions
The things sellers ask before they move inventory to us.
Either we source and produce it for you, or you ship existing inventory in. Both routes go through the same inbound check: we count it, inspect a sample, photograph the result and only then make it sellable in your store.
Your store is told first. Stock syncs back to your shop so the listing goes unavailable instead of taking orders we cannot fill. If a replenishment is already in production, you get the expected inbound date with it.
It depends on where it broke. Damage caused in our building or in packing is on us. Carrier loss is claimed against the carrier, and we file that claim rather than handing you a tracking number and wishing you luck. The split is written into your agreement before you ship anything, not decided after the fact.
Tell us the campaign dates and the volume you expect and we staff and stage stock against them. What we will not do is quietly accept a spike we cannot pack and let the backlog show up as silent delays.
Per line, so you can see what you are paying for: product, packaging, handling and freight are separate. There is no bundled per-order rate that hides a freight increase inside a handling fee.
