Your brand on the parcel, not ours

The unboxing is the only part of your supply chain the customer ever sees. We print it, stock it and pack it, so a repeat buyer recognises the parcel before they open it.

What can carry your brand

Six things in the parcel you can own

Start with one of these and add the rest as volume justifies it. Nothing here requires you to redo the whole parcel at once.

Poly and bubble mailers

Printed mailers for anything soft or unbreakable — the cheapest way to stop shipping in a blank grey bag.

Rigid and folding boxes

For fragile or premium products, where the box is both protection and the first impression.

Inserts and instruction cards

Care instructions, sizing, a re-order code or a QR to your own support page instead of a marketplace review prompt.

Branded tape

The lowest-cost way to make a plain outer carton look intentional, and it survives a rough transit.

Stickers and seals

Used to close tissue, hold an insert or mark a limited run without printing new packaging for it.

Thank-you cards

Printed or hand-signed, and swapped per campaign without touching the rest of the packaging spec.

Artwork and lead time

What we need from you, and when the clock starts

Packaging goes wrong in the file, not on the press. Most delays we see are a logo pulled off a website at screen resolution, or a design that ignores where the fold lands. Both are cheap to fix before printing and expensive afterwards.

  • Send vector artwork where possible, with fonts outlined and colours specified.
  • We return a layout on the actual die line, so you see where folds and seams cut the design.
  • A physical or digital proof is approved by you before the full run prints.
  • The production clock starts at proof approval, not at the first enquiry.
  • Packaging is stocked with your inventory, so it is on the shelf when orders arrive.

How artwork is checked

Every file is placed on the die line for the exact packaging item, then checked for bleed, safe margins, resolution and colour build. We flag anything that will read differently in print than it does on your screen — small reversed type, a gradient that will band, a black that will look muddy on kraft. You approve a proof that shows the real thing, not a mockup rendered over a stock photo.

What we ask you to decide

Four decisions belong to you and cannot be made on your behalf: which items carry the brand and which stay plain, whether the outer parcel is discreet or branded, what the insert asks the customer to do next, and how much of the unit cost the packaging is allowed to take. We will tell you the trade-off behind each one, then build to your answer.

Packaging questions

What sellers ask before committing to a printed run.

Yes. We ship blind by default — plain packaging with no reference to us — so you can launch first and add branding once the product has proven itself. Most sellers start with tape or an insert, which changes the parcel for very little outlay.

We do, alongside your stock. That is the point of printing it here: the mailer, insert and card are in the same building as the product, so nothing has to be shipped in to complete an order.

We tell you before it happens and ask what you want to do: reprint, or fall back to plain packaging so orders keep shipping. What we will not do is silently pack your orders in something you never approved.

Yes, and each change goes through the same proof step. If you are iterating quickly, keep the branding on the cheap items — tape, stickers, cards — and leave the box plain until the design settles.

Send your logo and we will put it on a die line

You will see how the artwork actually falls on the packaging before anyone quotes you a print run.
