What a floor visit tells you that a listing cannot
A supplier catalogue shows the products a factory wants to sell. An audit shows the one you would actually be buying from — its capacity, its process, and whether the paperwork behind a claim exists. It is the difference between a plant that makes your product and a trader who forwards your order to one you never see.

The fastest way to a return is a listing photographed from a supplier render while the parcel contains something slightly different. Because your stock is already in the building, we can shoot the real item — the exact unit a customer receives — for the storefront, rather than borrowing an image that quietly overpromises.

What we don’t do
We do not pass a batch to keep a factory happy, and we do not write a report that reads better than the floor looked. An inspection you cannot trust is worse than none, because it launders a problem into a document. We also do not photograph an item to look like something it is not — a flattering angle is fine, a lie about what is in the box is not. And we do not make the ship-or-hold decision for you; that is yours to make with the evidence in front of you.
Who this isn’t for
If price is the only thing that matters and a certain amount of "wrong" is acceptable, paying for independent checks will feel like friction — and you would be right to skip them. These services earn their cost when a return, a chargeback or a marketplace suspension would hurt more than the check does: fragile goods, regulated categories, a brand you are trying to build, or a product that has already gone wrong once and cannot again.

The check is run against the sample you approved and your written notes, and the result — pass, fail or defects found — is reported to you as it stands. We do not benefit from waving a bad batch through; a return or a chargeback later costs everyone more than a rework now. If you would rather a third party inspect, we will work alongside one.
You get the evidence and the decision. We tell you what failed and how far off it was, and where the run can still be corrected we flag it while that is cheap. Whether to rework, part-ship or reject is your call — we hold the goods until you make it, rather than packing something you never approved.
The tiers are the simplest way to buy an ongoing programme, but a one-off product shoot or a single factory audit can be arranged on its own — tell us what you need and we will quote just that. The monthly tiers exist for sellers who want the same checks on every run without asking each time.
We shoot the real item well — good light, clean background, honest angles. What we will not do is stage a scene that implies the box contains something it does not, because that is the fastest route to a return and a bad review. The point of shooting from your own stock is that the image and the product are the same thing.
